Poetry Slam

Over the past week we have been writing poems in the style of performance poetry. We watched Wilf Merttens perform 'Who do you want to be?', which gave us a little inspiration to begin with. You can watch it on https://Vimeo.com/198977944 

We then researched a different planet each and based our poem around this information. Today we performed our poems in our poetry slam. We then voted on the ones we enjoyed most, based on their performance and the language and structure. 

Congratulations to Neaveh, Kacey and Daisy, who made it our top three, and congratulations to Daisy and Kacey, who came joint in first place!
